Fully trained and certified sports and deep tissue massage therapist. Also additionally trained and certified in deep tissue cupping, pregnancy and post-partum massage, infant massage, and massage for people with impairments and/or disabilities.

Having partaken and competed in various sports from a young age I have sustained a fair few sports injuries throughout the years. I availed of the services of some superb physical therapists and sports physios to treat some of those injuries and got amazing relief and results from them. This fostered a keen interest and desire in me to know how to rehabilitate the injuries I picked up as best I could and also how to look after my body and muscles to do everything I could to avoid further injury if possible.

Through studying for my degree in Sport and Exercise Science in the University of Limerick I was given a basis of knowledge into sports injuries. After finishing my degree I then began studying and training in sports massage. I spent 2 years studying deep tissue/sports massage and sports injuries. During my studies I further discovered my love and passion for massage and sports massage therapy.

I love being able to offer comfort and relief to someone who’s in pain or discomfort, or even just providing them with some relaxation and relief from the stressors of the world. There is also nothing more rewarding than working with clients over time and being able to see and feel that the massage and rehab is helping the tension/tightness and knots dissipate and/or the injury heal.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid built up during sporting activities. It involves the manipulation of soft tissue for the treatment and prevention of sports and occupational injuries.
Deep Tissue/Sports Cupping

Cupping is a type of deep-tissue massage; it uses small cups to create counter-pressure that works deep muscles and fascia. By lifting rather than compressing, cupping is able to facilitate movement of muscles, fascia and fluid in different (and very therapeutic) ways
Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage

Pregnancy massage is a massage therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother’s needs. This type of massage can reduce stress, ease back pain, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, improve circulation and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage can be especially helpful for individuals who prefer a lot of pressure used during a massage. The purpose of Deep Tissue Massage is to “unstick” the glued fibres of a muscle while releasing the build-up of tension, and eliminate toxins while relaxing and soothing the muscle itself.
Baby Massage

Baby massage is a lovely way to enjoy time with your baby and it can also help you bond with them. It involves the gentle, rhythmic stroking of your baby's body using your hands.
